Lee Philip Bridals is your one-stop wedding shop for all of your wedding needs,
with thousands of designer wedding gowns and attendant dresses at discount
prices. Lee Philip Bridals orders first quality wedding gowns, attendant dresses,
flower girl dresses and more at discounts of 20% - 30% off suggested retail prices.
When you shop with us, you can save hundreds of dollars on the gown of your
choice. We are also your source for all of your other wedding needs, such as
invitations, veils, shoes, flower girl baskets and more. All of your products can be
ordered at our office or we can do business through our On-Line quote form, by
email or by phone.
How do you get the merchandise at such a low price?
We have no inventory of gowns or other dresses, which permits us to keep our
costs down. Therefore, we are able to pass those savings on to you and provide
the individual, personalized service that every bride deserves.
Where do the dresses come from?
We deal with the same bridal manufacturers and resources as any other bridal
retailer. You will never see a worn sample or a dress taken off the rack. We sell
only new, special ordered, first quality merchandise.
Which manufacturers and designers are available?
Most nationally advertised gowns are available through Lee Philip Bridals. We do
not represent manufacturers whose standards and commitment to the consumer
are questionable or have proven unreliable.
How will I know which size to order?
When you have decided on your dress, we will provide you with measurement
instructions and the manufacturer's size chart. It is important that you select your
size from the manufacturer's size chart as every manufacturer has a different set
of sizes.
What is your return policy?
Like all bridal shops, all sales are final. Our gowns and dresses are specially
ordered, therefore items can not be returned or refunded.
Do you carry swatches?
No, at this time we are unable to offer swatches. We carry one set of swatch cards
in our store that are for internal use only.
What are your shipping rates and how do you ship your gowns?
All domestic packages are shipped UPS Ground and all packages shipped outside
of the USA are shipped Express Mail via the USPS. Please see our shipping page
for information on shipping charges.
How do I pay for my gown?
All merchandise must be paid in full at the time you place your order, as it will be
shipped directly to you by the United Parcel Service. We accept most major credit
cards or you may pay by check or money order.
How long does it take to get a gown?
Delivery times vary by manufacturer and can range anywhere from 10-22 weeks.
However, we have handled weddings from start to finish in 2 weeks - so don't be
afraid to ask! We prefer to quote a conservative delivery. Lee Philip Bridals would
rather send perfect garments in a time frame that is still comfortable than risk
quoting a date that is unrealistic.
Do you provide alterations?
We recommend competent and experienced bridal seamstresses. All alterations are
done independent of our company.
What happens if there is a problem with the dress?
All merchandise is received at Lee Philip Bridals for an inspection before we ship
to you. Each and every garment goes through a 25 Point Inspection Process.
However, should you discover a problem, simply contact us and the necessary
steps will be taken to correct the issue. We believe that our customers deserve the
very best that the bridal market can provide.
How do I place an order?
If you are interested in placing an order, we can fax, mail or email an order form.
Once completed, you can either mail or fax the form to us. You can also place an
order by calling us at 781-934-0450.
